Assistant strength and conditioning coach Brad Roll has accepted the head strength and conditioning job for the Oakland Raiders and will be departing for that position immediately.

This may not be bad for us. I thought our conditioning last year was pure CRAP (part of why we would collapse in the 2nd half). Hopefully we can get another guy in here to get these guys in shape.

This is a sad sad day we have not seen such a devastating loss to this team since London Fletchers departure. We are doomed I this will impact us for years to come just wait and see.
