Austin Pettis is coming to Amsterdam

It's a bit of a meme but here it goes.
One of my mates hosts a Super Bowl party (along with ESPN AMERICA) every year in Amsterdam. He was the former commercial director of the Amsterdam Admirals and still has his connections.

Every year he tries to get one active player out of the NFL. And this year it's Austin Pettis who will be there for meet and greats and such. He also comes due to his Boise State connections as a couple of Dutch Amateur players went on to play college football there.

So after my London trip got cancelled due to lots of work I can meet a STLer now. Kind of silly but still nice to see one of the players being this far away. My own connection with the Rams is also through the Amsterdam Admirals as Kurt Warner played for them and I followed them since. Becoming very passionate about the team and seeing them win a Super Bowl after 2 years of supporting.

Amsterdam is an amazing city, I went there in 2002 and saw a Kurt Warner Amsterdam Admirals jersey hanging from a shop window... of course I had to buy it lol.

Amsterdam is one of the places i used to live..fun times. last time i was out there tho to see some gigs ,the majority of the places i used to hang out at had gone.
