Crabtree is a bust and JMO but Dez Bryant will follow the same path. Neither one has IMO the desire, maturity and work ethic to be great. They each have the physical tools but it's the rare bird that can overcome all the rest just with the physical tools.

I would agree, I think he's saying more about Crabtree being overhyped than Pettis/Salas being superstars in the making. Plus, Razzano spent a number of years as a scout for NFC West teams, including the Rams, so those are probably picks he was familiar with and ready to pull out in a comparison situation. The overall point, I think, is that talent alone doesn't necessarily get you much if you don't pair it with a work ethic that's strong enough to maximize said talent.
