Okay...
I know this thread will probably be washed down to the bottom of the page in the tsunami of (justified) negative threads, but hear me out...
I'm not giving up on this season yet.
Next week, I will make my third annual trip to the Gateway City to watch the Rams in person. I will hold out hope that, even against the defending Champions, the Rams will present as a different team in their home opener than they did in today's debacle.
I'm not guaranteeing a win or anything silly like that. All I'm saying is that I am going to go into Game 2 with the expectation that the Rams will be competitive on their home turf and, at a minimum, provide us with some reason to believe that this season will not be as bad as today would indicate.
And if... somehow... the Rams can pull off a win next week to go to 1-1...
Well, let's just say that a .500 record might be all it would take to stay in the NFC West race.

The Ram players seem to have tuned out the coaches, once again they're banged up, and it's no way the Giants let down against the 'Piss-ant' Rams, even at the ED.
Expect more of the same butt-kickin' we received from the Eagles.
Eli will pick the Rams secondary apart and Brandon Jacobs will Bowl Over the weak Rams run D.
With the Day off today, Giants coach Tom Coughlin, problably watched the Rams-Eagles game, Redfaced, trying contain his laughter, witnessing the Rams comedy of errors, as he prepares his G-Men for next week.
Av, enjoy the HIP-HOP in the Dome, That and the Giants will be all that's playing![SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

Assuming that any Ramsfans want to, even go to this game, expect a "home" game for the Giants.
