    For your info, I am making NEW avatars, and will replace the old ones.

    So a heads up that your avatars (if you are using site ones) will get messed up. :rolleyes:

    you can upload them through your user cp. they have to be 130 by 130

    There's No "Upload" Choice.
    After Going Into The User CP - At The Bottom There's A "Change Avatar" Selection.
    Then After You Select That Option - It Takes You To The New Photos You Just Posted. BUT There No Choice To Upload ....

    What Am I Doing Wrong ????

    Hey Karl,

    When you select "Change Avatar", it takes you to the Avatar screen options. Select the avatar of your choice, or upload one like I have done. Then select "Submit Modifications" and your avatar will be added or changed. By the way, thank Boss for not bringing any Polley pics in. He will be a stud, and I had the first avatar.

    go to user cp / change avatar / at the bottom it says upload from your computer.
