    Bad game today - why?

So I take it from the score and the attitude in here, it must have been an ugly game today. What exactly went wrong? Did everyone play poorly?

Let's just say we followed Linehan's gameplan to the letter.

Kurt Warner was fired up to get his contract incentives mostly.

O.J. played a decent game, mainly because of his INT return, don't know if he got burned on any passes or not.
Wade had a few good plays.

We have nothing that remotely resembles a pass rush. Our offensive line is beyond pathetic. the only chance we had of stopping larry fitzgerald was with a loaded weapon. We had a couple of big interceptions run back. Since we get behind early and cant protect bulger, they put multiple guys into the box to stop jackson and we cant do anything about it. We dropped a ball in the hands for a td right before half.

Other than all of that, we looked very competitive.

Warner was motivated to play big against the Rams and they scored a lot of points, yet the Rams still managed to look competitive?

How were we competitive? Was the offense playing well and moving the ball, yet not scoring?

    Come on,

We have a joke of an offense crippled with injuries and led by a clown

An overrated defense that hasn't looked good against a good offense

Special teams that can strike out and kill us at any time

Add those three things together and you get a 3-13 season.

we probably should be 0-16, but somehow we got 3 wins. maybe a #2 Pick is what we need to get back on track.

Yes I know we are 3-13 and we are not playing well, but I had no idea that Arizona was a team that could score so many points on us.

Because we were playing for the #2 pick. People can argue all they want, but you know at the end of a miserable season the only bright spot is getting a higher pick. I always wonder if it gets talked about in pregame meetings and peptalks.

Linehan: "Alright guys, I know it's been a long season. I know we've lost alot of games. I know most of you played hurt. I know we played short handed with bums brought in off the street. Yes, I know most of you think I'm an incompetent tool. But listen up...there IS hope. We CAN win something significant today. Today is our Superbowl! That's right, if we lose today we get the #2 pick in every round. The Falcons and Jets won, so all we have to do is take care of our business today and the pick is ours. So let's go out there and do what we came here to do! LET'S GO OUT THERE AND LOSE US A FOOTBALL GAME!

    Team: Yeaahh?!?

Because he can really cover Larry Fitzgerald.. and he made all those injuries also

just saying, we would have had a much better season if we didn't have 11 guys on reserve... at least we get the second pick(s). Yes he should be fired, but the FO won't make it happen. I think Linehan will make a big turnaround though this year, if given the right circumstances (few serious injuries).
