Probably the same guy who called the illegal procedure and delay of game penalties in OT.
Thats not Crabtree its Ted Ginn Jr.
That was Ted Ginn Jr, and it was before the game. Point remains to an extent, but I think before the game is a lot different from after a TD. I jokingly remarked to my wife at the time that I already knew which team was going to get penalized more.
Right that is Ginn & personally I think the ref should be fined for it. It comes off as he is already bias towards the niners.
ah my bad .................. but STILL!
that is weak....GAP.....whadda ya think !! :)
I can tell you this... I've never seen a Judge fist-bump a lawyer before a hearing.
i got your back today buddy. Cause you were all over mine last night.........RRRIIIGGGGGGED I TELL YA!!!
Someone has to post this on youtube, and demand the league explain how a poorly officiated game can start this way.
Stuff like this gives my "conspiracy theory" more credit, and does a lot to proves those wrong, who say I have no basis for my belief.
This official, and the league, owes the RAMS a front page apology for the way they officiated that game. The league then needs to make the official score Rams 27 - 9ers 24 OT.
This is absolutely disgraceful, and is a black eye on the game of NFL Football.
gap
Everyone should email this gif to the local sports guys to hopefully make it more public
Sent email's to Bernie and Zach and the Coach.
This is disgraceful conduct by an 'impartial' referee.
With power comes responsibility.
An official in any professional sport where integrity and honesty are the front runners in desired attributes of those selected to impart their fairness of judgement, without malice or ill will or favoritism CANNOT.....I repeat, CANNOT conduct himself on game day in this fashion with a member of EITHER side.
Whilst the intent may have been harmless, this kind of behavior leaves the individual open to justifiable criticism.
The league should be notified, and the individual involved asked to account for his actions.
In all my years of playing football (5yrs) and that has seen me return kick offs, play #1 WR and SS. I have NEVER....EVER known a referee behave in this fashion.
I'm not looking for heads to roll, just an explanation as to what motivated the gesture shown to Ten Ginn Jr. (Is there a family connection for example?)
Ref's should be sterile....period.
I believe this is a more serious matter than is being suggested here.
