Bell to move to right tackle?
St. Louis Rams-San Francisco ***** will be blacked out here
By Bill Coats
St. Louis Post-Dispatch
For the second Sunday in succession, fans wanting to see the Rams play will have to show up at the Edward Jones Dome. Although the local-television deadline isn’t until noon Thursday, team officials acknowledged Wednesday afternoon that the game against the ***** has no chance of selling out and will be blacked out here. About 7,000 tickets remain for the final home game of the season.

Notes & quotes:
*P Donnie Jones missed practice Wednesday because of illness.
*Special-teamer Gary Stills (knee) won’t practice all week but still could play Sunday.
*K Josh Brown won’t kick until Friday, as he did last week after suffering a minor groin injury.
*Practice-squad DT Willie Williams skirmished with — guess who? — G Richie Incognito at practice.
*Don’t be surprised if during offseason workouts, the Rams experiment with Jacob Bell at right tackle and John Greco at center.
All for now . . .

Re: Bell to move to right tackle?
It's no wonder so many Rams players continue to disappoint when we constantly shuffle them around.

Re: Bell to move to right tackle?
Um... can someone explain to me how Bill Coats could possibly have information regarding what the Rams will do this offseason when he does not even know if the coaching staff will be retained?
Welcome to the St. Louis Rams!

Re: Bell to move to right tackle?
Eh, I'm not worried about it. If it happens it happens. If not, whatever.

Re: Bell to move to right tackle?
Maybe that is part of Haz's secret plan to improve the offense...

Re: Bell to move to right tackle?
Hmm... so if Bell moves to RT, that means Barron is either benched or moved as well (or possibly traded/released).
Then Orlando Pace would remain at LT... would we go after Andre Smith in the draft after that, or change over to LB or another position?
Still, sounds to me like it's just a writer's opinion of what COULD happen, it may not have even crossed Haz's mind.

Re: Bell to move to right tackle?
Yup sounds like Bill was thinking, "eh Bell is getting too light to play guard, and barron sucks at right tackle.... Bingo! Move Bell to a totally new position! That has to work."
Wait on second thought this sounds exactly like something our coaches would do
