Bernie: Green wants the job
Bernie has stated that sources have told him that if Dennis Green can get out of his contract that he wants the St. Louis job. Interesting.

Re: Bernie: Green wants the job
Agree...The only thing I like about Green is he seems to be able to find the talent. But that is as far as I go.

Trade Marmie to him, pick up Okeafor, Warner, and Fitzgerald, and the Tards pay us....BIG!
Oh, and Green would be our personnel guy, not HCSuper Bowl Champions 2013!

Now Sam...I assume Waner is backing up our man Bulger...right?
You guys still on Warner, when we have a Pro Bowl QB. I just don't get it.

Re: Bernie: Green wants the job
Maybe he can bring his buddy Fitzgerald with him. Think about it, Fitzpatrick passing to Fitzgerald.........hmm, wonder if they're related?

Seriously though, we thought Martz was pass happy. Wait, til Green's calling the plays.

Re: Bernie: Green wants the job
i think green is one of the most overated coaches of all time and if it wasnt for a certain issue that i wont mention, he wouldnt be half as well viewed as he is. Another retread coach that hasnt really won anything to match the level of talent on his team. a real miracle worker with the Big Dead.
He had plenty of talent in minny, didnt win anything and lost control of the asylum. No thanks

Re: Bernie: Green wants the job
Dennis Green has always had 120 lb. scatbacks running for him. No way he'd be able to utilize Steven Jackson to his fullest abilities. One thing he is good at, though, is losing in the playoffs.

Re: Bernie: Green wants the job
Nor is Marc Bulger enough of a journeyman to qualify as a Green starting QB.
