I checked into it, and there are no talks going on between Martz and Shaw. Martz was at Rams Park today, and he's resigned to the reality that it's over for him here, and he'll be moving on. That's how he feels now, anyway. Subject to mood change.

But the point is, no negotiations have taken place yet between Shaw and Martz (or Martz's agent).
