    Bernie sez?

This was lifted off another board and they had no link so I could not confirm the veracity of it, but here's to a ray of sunshine on the gloomy horizon!

With all the free agent signings and trade rumors, I just remembered (after reading BobCarl's resignation letter) something Bernie M. said today on "The Roll Home" that kind of got lost in all the other things going on today.

Bernie was talking about Chip Rosenbloom and the interview he and Jim Thomas did with him. He said Rosenbloom was still settling Georgia's estates and paper work.

He then said after the draft to "look for some big changes in the Rams organization after the draft." He then went on to say "John Shaw will likely step down as team president before training camp." He and Randy K. went on to speculate who would become the team president (they mentioned a St.Louis guy that worked with the Cardinals).

Bernie has long said when Shaw goes, Zygmunt will soon follow. I can see the light at the end of the tunnel after all.
The poster I lifted this from forgot to finish the last sentence... I can see the light at the end of the tunnel after all, Lord I hope it ain't no train! (Confederate Railroad song lyrics).

Man, this is good news, but a little too late I feel. If Bruce had of known this, do you think he would have stuck around? I KNOW the F.O. had to have had at least a small part in this.

Hopefully it's true and we can finally get a solid foundation in our F.O.
