The best QB in the NFC West will be Sam Bradford. As of April 22nd, anyways.

As God is my witness, if given a choice of any of the QBs on current rosters, I'd pick Null if I were starting a team. If Null were going in the draft right now after doing what he did last year, he'd be drafted ahead of guys like Pike or Colt McCoy. He wasn't good when he played but he showed he belongs on an NFL roster. Taking the leap from West Texas A&M to the NFL was a massive leap, with an entire offseason of preparation, I'd rather have Null.

Is the QB position really that OMG! vital to a team's success, or does the team need to be good to succeed with the QB?

Tough choice but I'd have to agree on you with that one IF we don't start Bulger or draft Bradford. I was pretty impressed with him on that game against Houston but they just wasted so much time to just win by a FG. Giving him opportunity and having determination to play and win will only get him further.

You jest, but sadly, this is probably true. Between Bulger, Hasselbeck, Smith, and Leinart, Smith was the only one last season to throw more TDs than INTs and post a passer rating over 80.

If Hasselbeck could stay healthy and upright, I'd say it's him, but that hasn't been the case for the last couple years. And any rookie QB will either be learning from the bench or trying to play behind a porous offensive line.

A sad state of affairs indeed.

I didn't buy him as a quarterback. He's just so stiff, especially when he drops back to pass. Really stiff. He reminds me of Kurt Warner.

Bulger's production has declined for 5 years and he's been horrible for 3. In case you didn't notice, a rookie 6th round draft pick from West Texas A&M didn't play that poorly filling in for him. Bulger was done 2 years ago. Some Rams fans just haven't come to the realization. Is it because you don't actually watch them in person?

Well you have a point that Bulger's past his prime but he still has that deadlock accuracy and he's useful for mentoring quarterbacks but hey, you have your opinions.

Not a one man show, its a team effort.
