As of now I would agree.

Jahvid Best started strong but has petered out so we will have to see what he does the second half and Dez Bryant, as Dallas' only bright spot, will be interesting to watch the rest of the year but for now I would vote for Sammy B.

Believe it or not Pouncey (Center- Steelers) is in the running.

I would love a world where the Oline was respected but I just looked it up and in the 42 years they have given out this award it has gone to only qb, rb and wr... but hey there is always a first.

While I know the award is usually given to a skilled position, please lets not forget the importance of our young left tackle Rodger Saffold. Gets none of the glory and is doing some of the hardest work against some of the top d-linemen keeping Sam upright to do his thing on a team that was hard pressed to keep our QB alive last year. For me the award will still go to Bradford but I just have to give Saffold his just due credit.

Mike Williams is also in the running, in fact I'd say he's ahead of everybody but Bradford at this point.

Bradford has to be #1 at this point because he's playing great and he's a QB. If he continues to play great and is beaten out by somebody else though, that's ok.
