Rams quarterback Sam Bradford received limited reps in practice but said he was improving Wednesday, the first day of preparation for Sunday's game against the Browns in Cleveland.
"The ankle feels good, probably better than I was expecting after the game," said Bradford, who was out of the walking boot. He said he wears a brace when playing but not when walking around.
Others who returned to practice on a limited basis Wednesday were wide receiver Brandon Gibson (quad), defensive tackle Darell Scott (concussion), defensive tackle Gary Gibson (back, hip) and safety Darian Stewart (ankle).
Not practicing Wedesnday were running back Jerious Norwood (hamstring), linebackers Brian Kehl (ankle) and Josh Hull (hamstring), wide receiver Danario Alexander (hamstring), tight end Lance Kendricks (foot) and defensive end Eugene Sims (shoulder).
Offensive tackle Jason Smith (neck, concussion), probably won't practice all week.
Re: Bradford Sees Limited Action In Practice
Given that the Rams released Tom Brandstater to make room for Mark Clayton, I presume that Bradford is fully expected to start on Sunday.

Uh...Jason who?
Re: Bradford Sees Limited Action In Practice
No offense but do our trainers suck? we have been hit by the injury bug every year since the Linehan era. I know this is the pro's but if having a injuries was a Disease than we have the plague it seems. At this point i kind of say its unfair to base this season on anything but injuries. We are hit hard.
Re: Bradford Sees Limited Action In Practice
Hate to say this but I'm afraid Smith is toast. His multiple concussions bode for a short NFL career. Man, we're snake bit. :disapointed:
Re: Bradford Sees Limited Action In Practice
I do not think that Bradford is ready for this week - based on last week's long throws and the lack of protection by the offensive line.

Better have Bradfords eyesight checked!:D
