Bradford will see something new this week...

In Sam Bradford's three starts, he's faced the Patriots, Ravens and Cardinals.

All three run a 3-4 base alignment.

This week, he faces a 4-3 for the first time as a starter when the Rams play Oakland.

    Will this make a difference?

I'd argue that there could be more opportunities to complete passe in the short/middle area of the field. We should see a lot of quick passes to slot receivers (Amendola, Gilyard) and TEs (Fells, Bajema, Onuobon).

    Thoughts?

I think that's a great point and I never thought about it until now. I agree, especially with Nnamdi lining up on probably Clayton. I can see a lot of slants and short routes across the middle.

Raiders actually use a lot of former DEs at outside LB in fact Rolando McLain is there only pure LB. Thomas Howard is a converted safety. Quentin Groves, Kamieron Wimbley, and Trever Scott all former DEs who play LB and DE. So he will definately see some 3-4 type looks.

I think the bigger thing to look at is he is facing the first or second best corner in the league in Nmadi Asomoguah. Is he going to avoid him attack him whats the gameplan.

Can there be a more mentally challenging job of on-the-spot decision-making than being an NFL QB?

Except for hitting a curve ball.....
