    Brandon Williams > Marques Hagans?

For those of you who have the privilege of watching the Rams games, how does Brandon Williams look returning kicks? I have a hard time believing he's a better option than Hagans in this department.

I like both guys, but Williams is a little more explosive and I think if he gets some decent blocking, he has the ability to break some big returns.

Williamsd has looked okay. My guess is that Linehan wants to keep Hagans focused on receiver duty.

I love Hagans versatility. This guy can return kicks, return punts, line up as a receiver and take snaps as a quarterback, something I would like to see him do every now and then as a change of pace.

There are two things that come to mind: 1) Williams has a second gear -- he's really fast, not just quick. 2) Williams is more of a north south returner -- he takes it upfield and appears unafraid of contact. Hagans is more elusive than fast, and given the strides he has made as a receiver, I would prefer he stays focused on that job. I hope he is given more playing time as he appears on the brink of being a big play guy. He just needs more reps with the first team.

I think that Hagans is more valuable for the simple fact that he's a former QB(of course, so is Bennett), and so he works as an emergency QB if he's needed. I also like him better because he fought his way up from the practice squad. That, and he looked good in Baltimore.
