    Bulger in extension talks?

    Initial contract talks are underway to extend the contract of quarterback Marc Bulger, who has one year left on his current deal, according to the Sporting News.
    Our View
    Bulger and head coach Scott Linehan seemed on the same page all season in St. Louis, so there is no reason to believe the team doesn't see him as their quarterback of the future.

    Glad we have a such a good QB,after watching the play-offs IMO Marc is one of the top QB's around.He doesn't get the respect he deserves because he goes about his business in a quiet,unassuming,professional way,which is just fine by me.He lets his play do the talking.Don't really see it being a problem getting the contract sorted,but still would like to see it happen sooner rather than later..:l

    I think Marc has a better year in 07 than he did last year. Hopefully Holt comes back healthy, it was obvious he wasn't right this year.

    With the number of question marks at the QB position. Having a Pro Bowl QB locked up, allows the team to focus on other needs. Look at the uncertainty in Jacksonville, & Texas.
