Bulger mellow?? Read his quotes!
This just in, from our pal Bernie:
An angry and frustrated Bulger went off in the locker room after the game, saying that too many guys don't care and are here just to collect a paycheck, and that he was tired of it. He mentioned a few guys who do care, like Jackson, Bruce and Holt.
It'll be all over the TVs tonight....
But if I have time I'll try to send quotes along later....

Wow, I never would have expected that. I'm glad Bulger is angry about this, he should be. After being blown out at home by one of the worst teams in football there needs to be some fires lit.

Word has it per Balzer that Bulger was directing most of this at Barron.

Re: For those who think Bulger is too mellow...
It was only a matter of time before he'd blow up after such a demoralizing loss. I'm not really surprised, and who can blame him? He's been playing hard with a rib injury...I feel bad for him, I really do.

Re: For those who think Bulger is too mellow...
Also, they better start caring more because I don't think he'd want to return to a team that doesn't want to play hard. I want this guy back for many more years! Show some care and support for your teammate...and give him a contract extension!

Re: For those who think Bulger is too mellow...
Yep you're probably right.... although I think Marc would love to stay in St.Louis... and his comments above show that he cares about winning and this franchise and it hurts him, not only physically but mentally when he sees some guys out there just going through the motions and not caring about winning games of football.

The entire defense just phoned the game in. They all were horrible.

Re: For those who think Bulger is too mellow...
He cares about this team, and I don't really think he's going anywhere, but it is a freaky thought. One thing I like about Linehan is that we all know he likes to have input from his players and maybe he might influence the team to play better in the future. Who knows, if Linehan's voice isn't going to rectify things in half time, I bet Marc's would. I know I'm not there at half time, but I think everyone knows how calm Marc is and to see him blow up like that must mean and should do SOMETHING to the players who aren't putting any heart into their playing on the football field.

Re: For those who think Bulger is too mellow...
I had an idea....
If you were in Marc Bulger's shoes, who would you call out? Why?
Me, I'd be looking to my left. Why? Because the inexperience plus the lack of improvement = sacks.
