Re: Buger signs 6 year deal
Great work by everyone involved, no drama, no hold outs and that is all you can ask for before training camp starts.

Re: Buger signs 6 year deal
Excellent work. Nothing like waiting to the last minute
. Atleast we don't have to worry about breaking a new QB for another 5 years.
Carriker agreed to terms at 2:10 Friday morning. Although he couldn't report to the teams First Public practice for Fans to see I anticipate he'll show why we drafted him with the #13th pick during todays open practice.RamsFan16

Re: Buger signs 6 year deal
It's nice to see the ownership finally showing some committment to the future and getting back to the Super Bowl. This team, with a little defense, would not be far fetched by any stretch of the means to win the NFC Conference Championship.

Re: Bulger signs 6 year deal
The Rams are going to wished they hadn't made that contract with Bulger. He is not worth it.

Re: Bulger signs 6 year deal
Bulger is worth it, no one would have had a good year behind that battered o-line. Pace will be back and Barron goes back to the right and we draft for depth we dont need another guy who starts now. That being said if we draft Jake Long with our first pick we wont win 8 games next year. We need defensive help badly. We can get a good o-lineman either in free agency or lower in the draft. I'd rather see us land Jared Allen in free agency and trade down in the draft and select Kenny Phillips. I do not want the Rams to take Jake the Mistake Long.Just Fix It

Re: Bulger signs 6 year deal
That takes alot of class.
Pull something up that is 5 months old and then have the nerve to make a post at season end.
Lets not consider Bulger collective years as a starter just this year(Did we not learn anything from Warner). Lets not consider any of his injuries and his supporting cast injuries.
No lets be bold and wait, wait, wait, wait for it now that the season is over OK Bulger Sucks I'm out. Someone should hire me I am great at making predictions and evaluating talent.
I apologize for the harshness but crap like that really irratates me. If you think Bulger has lost a step I will respect you much more it your can add some details or insight as to why you've come to this conclussion.

Re: Bulger signs 6 year deal
Great post. Saying a player isnt worth it and not backing it up with why he isnt worth it isnt realy worth posting. I love the Bulger sucks,Jackson sucks posts with no real reason to back it up. Warner was very good this year and thats the first time Warner has been good since 2001. No qb would have had a good year behind this o-line. Lets see you stand behind that o-line and take the shots Bulger took and not get gun shy or try to force the ball out early. His track record shows the guy is good when he gets some blocking. Bulger will be fine with a healthy o-line and a deep threat wr.

Re: Bulger signs 6 year deal
I'd just like to know why anyone can think that he's not worth it? Even with a piecemeal line last year he was an easy top 10 QB. The difference was that it had time to gel by the end of the season and Bulger wasn't playing with BROKEN RIBS!
2061, I'd like to see you do anything with broken ribs, little lone go out and ask 250 pound linebackers and 300 pound linemen to pummel you.

Re: Bulger signs 6 year deal
I know this next season is going to be great if we can stay healthy.
SO THE O-LINE NEEDS TO BE HEALTHY.
We keep them healthy, we keep our season record above .500
