    Bulger's Maturity

    Another good stat on Bulger:

173 straight passes without an interception

Remember, he had a stretch of like 250+ passes without an INT from 2005 to 2006.

Definitely taking good care of the ball here ....

    Re: Bulger's Maturity

As long as Linehan allows him to repeatedly check down and not put pressure on him to go down the field he'll continue not to throw picks and very few touchdowns. Martz would force him to go down field. Linehan is a wimp.

    Re: Bulger's Maturity

What is critical for Bulger to keep up this stretch is to give him better protection so he will not be forced into quick ill-advised passes to protect himself from further hits to his body.

I haven't seen the games this season (not by choice, but rather living in the NY market with 2 games from homes teams each week), but I would hope that Linehan is starting to chart more quick passes to Jackson or Leonard to relieve the blitz pressure on Bulger. I pray that we get Incognito back this week.

I think we'll get the train back on the tracks this week against Tampa Bay. We just cannot afford any more than one more divisional loss, if we expect to win the division.

    Go Rams!

he did have a near interception yesterday in the end zone,so he caught a break with that streak yesterday.

    Re: Bulger's Maturity

I would venture to say there are 1-2 passes in each game that could be interecepted that are dropped by LB's or DB's ....

    Re: Bulger's Maturity

I am a new here but as a ***** fan, I am extremely impressed with Bulger. He showed tremendous guts out there and continue to make things happen during broken plays. He is likely the most underrated QB in the league.

I only wish that our QB was half as good as yours.

PS. Bruce was a beast out there.

    Re: Bulger's Maturity

I am very happy to have Bulger. He is a great quarterback. I just wish that we could protect him, if we could he'd probably throw more touchdowns, and not be sore after every game.
