Bulletin Board Material!!

Harris Injury Good for Incognito
by Ed Sherman
Chicago Tribune

(St. Louis) News that Tommie Harris may be sidelined for the remainder of the season has sent shockwaves through an already anxious Bears fanbase. However, travel 300 miles south on I-55, and you'll find one man who was positively delighted to learn that Harris will not be lining up on Monday night: St. Louis Rams center, Richie Incognito.

Wait a second. The St. Louis Rams have a guy named Richie Incognito playing center? Who's their left guard, Jimmy Enigmatic? Where did Richie Incognito play his college ball, Anonymous State? I'm not sure which is the more likely storyline for this guy, federally protected mob witness, or offseason porn actor. While there may be many questions, there is but one certainty: Richie Incognito is guilty of the most blatant attempt to pass off a pseudonym since Wolf Blitzer took to the airwaves. I, for one, am sick to my pants about this.

Re: Bulletin Board Material!!

When sportswriters try to write something funny, its just sad and pathetic.

Re: Bulletin Board Material!!

Well. I just wonder if this will fire Richard up; in a positive way I hope.
Cog, no more stupid penalties please.

Re: Bulletin Board Material!!

I am trying to figure out what qualifies this as bulletin board material?

Usually a player dissing an opposing team or specific player on the opposing team is used to inspire the opposing team or player?

A poor attempt at humor by an alleged sportwriter doesn't fit this mold.
