This Bye is critical in defining the Rams future

Just thought I would keep up the silly streak of believing this team's success and Spags' job security is on the line every week.

If they lose to the Nocity Nonames this week it will be because of Pat Shurmer and also not taking Randy Moss and will destroy their season for the rest of the year. Also Spags will be fired.

THe next game is certainly not critical in defining our future, but it is likely to have a material impact on our present. If we want a shot at the west, we are going to have to win a couple of road games and the divisional road games are most critical. We appear to be a better team than the whiners, this is a legit shot to win a road game. We can't afford road losses to crappy teams if we want a shot at the division.

Yes, certainly need to start winning road games. Don't want to be the Chargers and lose every game on the road..

I'm really looking forward to this game, but I am worried about it. The whiners are in disarray, but are better than their record indicates. I think we're going to have to play mistake free football on the road to pull this one out. That said, this game is a chance to take a big step forward and really make a statement that the Rams are not going to take it anymore from the division rivals. This is going to be a long bye week for me.

Everyone knows how a coach handles the bye week will either get him fired or an extension. I just pray that Spagnolo knows what to do, this is the defining week of his career. Nothing else will ever be as important as this moment.

Until the week after, which will be the defining game of his career

Until the next week after that, which will then be the defining game of his career

So on and so forth etc. etc. until he retires.

Just wait, fellas...in January, we will all be thrilled out of our minds when Lauriniatis tackles Moss at the 2 yard line...preserving the Super Bowl win for the Rams over the Titans...
