Can We Beat the Seahawks??
Yes we can!!!! We will beat the freakin Hawks..... They are going to underestimate the Rams like everyone does.
This will be another victory for us.... Darby is going to have a HUGE game and make up for Jacksons hole. Bradford is going to give us more of the same.
I AM SO PUMPED UP AFTER LAST WEEK!!!!!! I was at the game!!!! Life long LA ram fan Flew to St louis for the 1st time and experienced an AMAZING GAME!!!!
Lets go get another win boys!!!!!

Re: Can We Beat the Seahawks??
YES WE CAN! GOOOOOO RAMSSSSSSSSS!!!!!! BLEED BLUE AND GOLD BABY> ALL DAY!!!!!!!!!!
I just wanted to say that the predicitons from several analysts on nfl.com have now moved us up several spots. From being basically last and 2nd last, we were moved to like 6-8th worst... big improvement.
And also, for this Sunday's game against the seahawks, three analysts predicted the winner of the game and we held the favour 2-1.
Sterling Sharpe: Rams
Joe Theismann: Rams
Brian Baldinger: Seahawks
Were already getting respect!

Re: Can We Beat the Seahawks??
In a realistic point of view, I see it as a really close game and I'm uncertain whether it'll favor us or the Squawks. This will be the real test for our passing game/2nd string running game since Jackson's not going to be 100% most likely. Pardon my French Seattle fans but we really need to beat toi Seahags after 5 years of humiliation... By now I should know how the Raiders feel when they get that daily ass-whoopin by the Chargers but THIS IS THE YEAR!!! THE YEAR TO END ALL DIVISIONAL LOSING STREAKS!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!

Re: Can We Beat the Seahawks??
The answer to this question is obvious. All data indicates the Rams are likely the better team. Does that mean they'll win? No. But I'd be betting on them.

Re: Can We Beat the Seahawks??
Rams 24
Seahawks 10
The Squawks play terrible on the road.

Re: Can We Beat the Seahawks??
Rams 147
Gulls 3
Laurinaitis will play all 22 starting positions by himself and even kick the extra points.
There in all seriousness is no reason the Rams should lose this game. They gotta be pumped after the victory and Spags says the practice yesterday was great. I'm a believer in this one. After the win, people will start talking playoffs on this board and will think guys like Jim Thomas are constantly negative for not getting on board.

Re: Can We Beat the Seahawks??
Obviously "Any Given Sunday" applies to every game.
...after seeing how our boys have played in the first 3 games of this season I really really like our chances this Sunday!
GO RAMS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Re: Can We Beat the Seahawks??
Can we? Yes; absolutely.
It could come down to special teams. Tate and Washington have been excellent. The Rams punt coverage has been equally good for the most part, but the kick coverage has been merely adequate. If they can keep the return game from busting the long stuff, I like the Rams' chances."Before the gates of excellence the high gods have placed sweat; long is the road thereto and rough and steep at first; but when the heights are reached, then there is ease, though grievously hard in the winning." --- Hesiod

Re: Can We Beat the Seahawks??
Hawks fan here so i might be a bit Bias..BUT
I dont think we will underestimate the rams, they are not the same rams as they previously were.
Is Jackson playing?? How about your Safety?
Currently the Hawks have Trufant, Mebane, Curry all not practising that could be a factor as well.
Are the Seahawks bad on the road?? Yes they are, but at the same time they have won in St Louis.
Running Game advantage: St Louis
Recivers Advantage: Seattle
Special Teams advantage: Seattle
Rushing the passer: St. Louis
QB: Matt is a vet and Bradford is good, this is a toss up. BUT i will go with matt because i'm a homer.
Offense
Seattle avg 284 yds a game, could be a little skewed last game Leon WA took 2 returns to the house and didn’t’ give the offense a chance to be on the field.
Stl avg 300 yds a game, w/o steven Jackson not playing 100% if he plays, I still give seattle a nod on this one because even if Jackson palys he has never rushed over 100yards in Seattle and our run stop D is 5th in the league.
Defense.
Although seattle has created more turnovers, I will give this to STL because our D doesn’t perform as good on the road.
I think Seattle will win
27-20, I don’t think the Rams will put up 30 like they did on the skins. Last year I would have said we would have won 31-10 but STL is a much improved team and we have won the last 10 meeting together so until Stl beats us I will go with the hawks.
