The TD to Gibson was huge, but the 4th down, twisting, turning grab by Pettis was as big as it gets. It was the play of the game IMO.

yes and man was that an awful throw by Bradford.
Yes. Biggest catch of the season, IMO. Without that amazing catch, there would have been no Gibson TD catch, no Rams late comeback win, and no continued hunt for a playoff spot.
I turned to my friend after a couple of those catches (the numerous bad throws that were hauled in) "Bradford had better spring for dinner tonight".
Bradford did not throw the ball well today at all, but got the job done. When the WR's got separation (Gibson on a couple) Bradford's bad throw cost the Rams valuable yardage. The one pass to Gibson along the sideline could had been a BIG gainer had Sam lead him.
Pettis is not great but he does everything right on offense... I think he should be retained next year because he's still young and learning the NFL OFFENSE... Pettis is that recover that isn't great but just gets it done.. Mark him down for 30 Rec 400 yards and 3tds year in and year out...
still only 18 photos on ESPN and nothing of the catch yet
Clutch catch

Great catch by Pettis. A lot of the throws today may not be as bad as they looked. Hard to tell if the receivers were in the right place. One thing i can tell you is that the long pass to givens was perfect and he didnt make the catch.
Another HUGE play in the game was hecker's ability to get off the punt after he botched the snap. If he doesnt get the 25 yard kick off, they are already in field goal range and its a different game.
