Chris Chandler has looked HORRIBLE!!!

It would appear a week of practice with the first unit has yet to chip off the six inch layers of rust that have accumulated on Chris Chandler. Aside from a nice 75-yard bomb to Torry Holt where Chandler had all day to throw, he's looked absolutely awful in the first half. Throwing behind receivers, holding onto the ball too long, and two horrible interceptions.

I have to listen to the Fox announcers and they are killing me. One of them is so anti-Rams, it makes me ill. I am back to using the mute button again and cursing at the tv.

Not this early in the game, I doubt it. We may call for the rook in frustration, but Chandler gives the Rams the better chance to win. However, if he keeps this up and the game is lost to us, I wouldn't mind seeing what Jeff could do.

Yes, Chandler was totally out of synch 1st half. Needs to get act together for 2nd half or its all over. Terrible pass patterns.

In all fairness to Chandler, he has little or no protection, is taking way too many hits, has no running game and is a sitting duck on almost every play as the defense pretty much knows exactly what he's going to do. Hard to do much of anything under those circumstances.

Um, I really don't think that's the reason Chandler's been sucking. While he hasn't had great protection, he's been holding onto the ball way too long and just isn't seeing defenders. Just threw his fifth interception of the day. There's no excuse for that at all.

Regardless of his lack of support, Chandler was indeed horrible.

Nic, do you really believe that Chandler was our best oppertunity to try to come back and win today?..............Wasn't KW and MB basically a rookie when they were inserted into the game? If MM felt so high on this kid to draft him then why not insert him............to me it would not have hurt this team at all! When someone is having as bad a game as CC then why not try something else! It happens all the time in other sports as well as football! This is what i mean by MM not being a leader! You have to be able to admit it when wrong as well as have the balls to yank a player!......Especially when we could have won this game........with better QB play! ........and as far as the O-line they are terrible but, they werent that bad today considering the Panthers front 7...................fellow fans ive been a Die Hard Ram fan for a long time and ive learned to take a loss a little easier in my days but, to continue to watch the decline of this team is so,so irritating that i'm getting real tired of Mike Martz running and ruining this team.
