Re: ClanRam Fantasy Football League
I'm in as well, as long as there is enough room. Hopefully this year i can make it to the draft. Those dang pre ranked slots never work how i want em to. I had lost the thing before week one even was even played.
Re: ClanRam Fantasy Football League
I think we had enough spots to fill three leagues one year but a lot of owners lost interest halfway through and we ended up with enough legitimate users for two leagues anyway. Still, if you want to run a third, Jake, I'll commish.

Heh that was me...had quite a few KRs starting once I saw how many stinking points they were scoring. Just thought of another change I'd like to see. Instead of 3 WR & 2 RB slots, have 2 WR, 2 RB & 1 flex.

Wouldn't we all be in it to win it?

I'm not sure they have the option of flex starters in Yahoo leagues and it's not something I've ever experimented with. I don't know what that does to the value of different players in terms of draft position; I assume it would make rounds 5-7 crucial in shaping your success for the upcoming season in that if you can pull at least one flex starter and a flex backup (to account for byes, injury etc) in that period then you're in much better shape than someone who overloads on one position. I guess it's more of a BPA selection from the backs/recievers pool than a selection to fill a position in that you'll see more runningbacks go during this period because their value is generally higher than what you'd find in a middle of the pack receiver.

Yeah, you can start flex positions. I'm in a yahoo league right now with a W/R flex position.

Yeah I don't know about flex positions, I thought the previous format worked well too (1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 1 K, 1 D). I'd imagine as you say that one or more flex positions would propel middle-of-the-pack running backs up the board. But hey, as long as the rules are the same for everybody I'm on board regardless :D

Looks like it'll be me and RFTID. We might go two leagues of 12 teams or three leagues of 10 teams, depending on how many people want to play. BBQ, I'll shoot you a PM if we need a third Commish. Thanks for volunteering!
RFTID, you'll have a PM coming soon to discuss the details of the league. :)

Re: ClanRam Fantasy Football League
Oh yeah, I have like two or three people that I work with who are also interested in joining. I'll try to get them to log in here for confirmation. Just let us know what server you will be using, draft dates, times, specific rules etc, when you get everything ironed out please.
Re: ClanRam Fantasy Football League
We should have an iron man, one league draft, with 30 teams. Then we could determine a true champion!
