I'm actually impressed with him or at least I believe he is doing a lot better than I thought he would. I say penalties, turnovers and poor coverage are our bigger worries.

I think the real question is, what does Bernie Kosar think?

The problem is that that today's game is far from Clemens first rodeo. He's a veteran, who is one dimensional (pocket passer). Today's NFL requires a QB, who can run; escape the pocket; extend plays etc. I'm afraid KC isn't the answer. Let's try Davis and/or Quinn. What've we got to lose. Another game (Indy, Chicago, Arizona, San Francisco, Seattle). Well we have plenty of those to come. BTW TB was kicking some butt today too.

After reading this I'm convinced you didn't actually watch today's game.

Also, you're completely wrong about today's NFL. The best player in the NFL right now who will most likely shatter a few single season passing records is a pure pocket passer who probably couldn't outrun the average O-lineman. The NFL doesn't require anything close to the type of QB you speak of.

The game was broadcast up in Canada today, right?

Clemens is a good backup but he's not going to win the Rams any games. I'd rather try the unknown with Davis than watch Clemens play like a 'solid backup' and lose the next 7 games.

Not going to happen. The only way Davis or Quinn will take a snap any time soon is if Clemens physically can't.

He does pretty good for a backup but there are some passes that he has to make.

It was good to see that the defense was back to its normal self which keeps things less confusing for Rams fans.

Man what game were you watching today, he wasn't the reason we lost. Look at our continued poor run defense as the reason for today's loss.

We need to cut ties with Langford and consider a new MLB who is more destructive at the point of attack. This has been an issue for far too long now.

Laurinaitis signed a $40 million extension last September; the Rams won't be getting a new MLB any time soon.
