Comes down to the last two
Still in first, comes down to the last two games, we have to win both to get in.

Re: Comes down to the last two
We're in play off mode already, after today.
I actually think the ***** might have the best shot now. If we don't beat them next week then they host the Cards when we're at Seattle.
It's in our hands, that's the main thing, but it's win all the way now.

Re: Comes down to the last two
If we don't win the last 2 I'd rather not be the 1st team to win the division at 7-9.

As Bad As Things Seem, Rams Still In First Place
Thanks to the Chargers wipping the whiners, the Falcons drubbing the Seahawks and the Panthers taking it to the Cardinals, the Rams remain in first, with control of their own destiny in making the playoffs.
After all we've been through this season, I'll take it.

Re: Comes down to the last two
This is exactly what I didn't want. I'm not entirely convinced that we'll beat the *****, despite their dreadful performance on Thursday Night.
I'm hoping for the best, but today was really upsetting for me.
Always and Forever a fan of the St. Louis Rams

Re: Comes down to the last two
if they don't play better than they did today winning the last 2 games isn't going to happen, I think they can and will win both but it won't be easy.

Re: Comes down to the last two
Of course if the Rams make it to post season most fans will be happy about but saying the Rams control their own destiny is kind of a joke given how bad they are. Yes they are tied for first place but all things are relative. We're talking about a team that's 2 games under .500 in argueably the worst division EVER in the NFL.

Re: Comes down to the last two
I don't think the Rams could play much worse than today. Especially the offense. And as bad as the Rams played, I thought they were still in it until they gave up that last big run.
The Whiners and Seahawks aren't in the same league as the Rams' last two winning opponents, Saints and Chiefs.
I'm still confident the Rams will bounce back and get it done.

Re: Comes down to the last two
Niners won't be a Cake walk, They have Alex Smith starting at QB, no Gore but they do have Westbrook, who's having a late season surge. Rams will have to play with more of an inspired sense of purpose to have a chance.
Then there's the Seahawks in Seattle, If things don't change in Rams Football, one see them folding under the pressure. Anything under 8-8 should concidered a failure for the Rams season![SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

Re: Comes down to the last two
At least we still control our own destiny. Two wins would guarantee a berth.
With a loss against SF and a win against Seattle, we'd need Arizona to beat SF in Week 17.
Win or lose next in Week 16, Seattle will be must win.

Re: Comes down to the last two
I can't believe we are talking about them winning the division at 7-9 or 8-8,..what the heck is going on here???? But hey, someone has to win the division.
