    Sounds good, eh?

    WHAT SAY YE?
That would be........... okay. I just hate indoor football (and baseball). Maybe because I've lived in So Cal for 57 years and I'm so used to 70 degrees and sunny year-round. I guess if I lived in the sweltering oppresive heat and humidity of the mid-west and south, or somewhere that snows, I'd feel different. But I don't. So I don't.

Yeah I agree, plus Santa Clarita is too far from where I live.

The true crux of the issue really has more to do with money then anything else.

Owners/cities are paying anywhere from 600m to 1b+ for stadiums. They need to be usable year-round for something other then football. An outdoor stadium was doable in New York, with two teams sharing the cost, in the US's largest city. Domes/retractable are going to be en vogue for awhile unless stadium construction costs suddenly go down by 75%

And St Louis won't be hot during the football season but it'll be damn cold. I remember walking out of the 99 NFC divisional game and it was snowing hard and freezing cold. It was pretty outside, but I think the GSOT would have struggled to put up 28 points because of the weather in that game let alone the 49 or whatever it was they did fairly easily.

My own personal preference would be to get a new dome with a lot of windows in it. IMO retractable roofs aren't worth the few hundred million they cost and they're rarely even totally open so it just seems like a waste. The one is Dallas is just stupid in my opinion, when it's open it can only be cracked and all it does is leave a really bad shadow/sun line down the middle of the field. And I am a bit biased as well, I don't want to be freezing my butt off, I would rather be in my short sleeved Rams jersey enjoying the artificial 75 degree dome.

I think by now, Poseidon, the god of horses is just pissing on us for excessively beating that poor little creature that it reflects as to why we have an injury plague/6-42 record for 3 consecutive years.

Re: Committee recommends approval of Kroenke's Rams bid

Just saw where it is official now, Kroenke has been granted the other 60% of the Rams. Hopefully this is the start of a stable future for the front office for a good long while!
