if you look at those numbers, the only one to get less guaranteed money was Goodman, and he is in his thirties. Bartell was supposed to be one of the premier CBs on the market, and yet the Rams have retained him without overspending. It looks like an especially good deal if you compare Bartell's numbers to those of Foxworth
