    Congratulations To Fred Russell

Allocated by The Rams to the Centurions, he finished the 2006 NFLEL season 3rd in rushing yds and 4th in total yds from scrimmage. Good job Russ.

I actually caught some of his games. He is a quick back. He seemed small but got the job done. He also seemed to carry quite a few times. I hope that he gets a look at training camp and makes the team.

Hopefully, as Varg6 pointed out, he can come in and compete for one of the return positions. Man is this guy quick!
