Rams | Linehan still expects M. Faulk to return
    Fri, 24 Mar 2006 20:23:44 -0800

Jim Thomas, of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, reports St. Louis Rams head coach Scott Linehan remains under the impression that RB Marshall Faulk is coming back for his 13th NFL season. Linehan said the signing of RB Tony Fisher is unrelated to Faulk's status with the team. Linehan commented on Fisher's signing Friday, March 24. "That signing is really not for any other reason other than we need a third guy that if called upon can do the job," Linehan said. "That's really more Fisher's fit for us right now."
