What exactly is SPAGS referring to when he stresses "CORE VALUES"?

Probably things like hard work, honesty, integrity, responsibility and accountability.

You know.......the kind of things nobody pays much attention to anymore these days.

I'm hoping core values means...."blocking, tackling, staying in your gap, catching the ball, completing passes"...you know, those sort of things.

It worked for Arizona's D. They did tackling drills after getting pummelled by the Patriots and Eagles in the regular season and it turned out ok for them.
