Re: Countdown To Cutdown: Defensive Backs
I think garrett is the odd man out in that group, he has the least impact on special teams and that will be the tie breaker.

Re: Countdown To Cutdown: Defensive Backs
Yeah, I am going to have to agree with you general. I just don't see Garret making this roster. He has not fully contributed on special teams and as a d-back.

Re: Countdown To Cutdown: Defensive Backs
If Fair doesn't make it as a return man, I'm going to be quite confused. He seemed sharp against the Chargers.

Re: Countdown To Cutdown: Defensive Backs
I think fair makes the team and cason gets cut. On really high punts, he will be the one making the Terry Fair catch.

Re: Countdown To Cutdown: Defensive Backs
Groce, Ivy and Stone seemed to stand out in the last game. Groce did a pretty good job at CB, Ivy brought the attitude and made some good hits and Stone was active and around the ball quite a bit. Garrett really has never shown me much. Fair seemed fair at returns and I thought mediocre in defense. He did have one good return that was called back because of Hawthorne, I think. I'm not sure about Furrey as a FS yet, although, he has a lot of heart.
