If Barron does in fact win the starting LT position and has a good year not a great year, the RAMS will be holding all the cards. In essence they would have show cased him to the rest of the NFL. As we all know LT's don't hit the market very often. In other words he could be over valued in some other teams estimation. Wheel and deal time.

The flip side obviously is if has has a great year than our RAMS have some tough decisions to make. Barron and his agent will hold the cards.

The fear in mind is that Barron is a one year wonder. We need to protect ourselves from that. But how?

I would have no problem with both Barron and Smith becoming bookends for this O line if they play well. The O line is so important that if this unit gels they do have the talent to beome something special.
