Which current Rams WR will have the best production in 2011?
I think that the majority of us are hoping to hear the name "Julio Jones" announced when the Rams make their first round selection in four weeks. However, even if the Rams do draft a No. 1 WR (or acquire one later in FA), the WRs who return to the Rams will still have to produce.
Who do you see as the top guy among last year's group?
Welcome to the St. Louis Rams!

Mark Clayton

Mark Clayton - he instantly had a connection with Bradford and I think that would continue if he re-signs, although Bradford to Avery looked good in pre-season so it's tough to call.

Bradford to alexander for 1900 yards 24 tds and 145 receptions. Hey if your gonna dream, DREAM BIG. Thats if we dont get jones/green.

Danario Alexander. This guy was on the move as soon as he stepped in. Plus with Avery's threat of going deep, and Clayton's possession skills, Danario will be a matchup nightmare. All the games he was in last year we automatically got that much better.

I went with Danny Amendola (in terms of TDs) his route running next year will be more crisp, sniffing out areas that are open for them while everyone's under coverage. In terms of yardage, it'll be Mark Clayton, working best when the field's more open for Bradford to throw.

Danny Amendola, without question.
It's his third year, typically a breakout year for WR's, and he'll benefit from having Jones/Clayton/Avery on the outside. I'm not ever going to count Amendola out - he's a fighter, and I think he's going to fight his way to the top of the receptions list next year.

Wow! Six of you have a lot more faith in Donnie Avery than I do!

I want to have more faith in Avery but at this point he must prove himself to not only his teammates but the fans.
I voted for Clayton. He was incredibly consistent with Bradford from the get-go; simply put, they had legitimate chemistry as a QB/WR tandem.Last edited by Varg6; -04-01-2011 at 01:20 PM.

my bet is that there is no 1000 yard reciever this season, even if we sign Jones, the ball gonna be spread around, id pick Clayton to get the most yards, amendola to get most receptions ... but there will be a 3 receivers in the 700-900 yard range. Clayton, Avery, Amendola (unless jones gets drafted.)

Not since Danny DeVito walked through the Lakers lockerroom, has one man been as overlooked as has Danny Amendola.

I'm looking for Danario Alexander to turn into our version of Calvin Johnson or Sidney Rice this season.
