Hes a good slot receiver, but was miscast because of our injuries. He should never be facing the top two corners on another team. I think he is a great punt returner with good vision to always get positive yards and he never muffed one i believe. However despite his one big return week 16 against SF, I thought his kick return was below average and he lacks top end speed to finish off the big one.

Amendola is not a #1 or #2 receiver. He's an awesome slot receiver, #3 if you will. We need more guys like Amendola on this team as far as heart and desire go.

Spot on! It speaks volumns though about the rest of our recieving corp when a guy we snatched off of a practice squad draws a double team during the Seahags game!

It's really funny you say that because the last 5 or 6 weeks of the year Danny led the NFL in kick return average. He is by no means a burner, but he can be deceiving, and is very consistent.
