    Dante' Hall

Has anyone come up with an explanation of what Hall was doing dancing around in the endzone at the end of the game?

All joking aside, my best guess is he thought there was less time on the clock than there was and he was trying to run it out to avoid getting anybody hurt on a subsequent meaningless offensive play ...

Maybe not the best train of thought, but that's the best I can come up with ...

    Re: Dante' Hall

To me it looked like he was trying to pull a Devin Hester and lull the defense to sleep and then break out for a long run which wasn't a bad idea, but after a few seconds he should have just given it up and taken a knee.

Other than that play I thought he played well in the return game and surprisingly well in the passing game also.

I just assumed he was trying to make some defenders miss and then hopefully bring it back for a TD, but it certainly didn't work out. We could have run an extra play if he hadn't screwed around for 8 seconds back there.

    Re: Dante' Hall

Whatever the explanation, it was a stupid move by a seasoned "veteran". Time was everything at that point and he needed to make a decision ASAP. I doubt it had any effect on the outcome, but you never know.

Dumb. ...and I agree, I think he was hoping to find a seam in the defense so that he could "take it to the house".
