Pretty much most of the Rams' fans are very happy to have Hall. I, for one, am confident that he will be a much better KR/PR than the Rams have had in a while.

Our ST was crap because of him. Thats why I hate. Will he do better in STL, prob not because STL has far worse ST blocking than the Chiefs.

Quite impressed with him, I think he'll be better considering he'll have a lesser role on offense, and will only have to worry about KR/PR
