You'd think Rumph would've learned his lesson, but once he was back on the field, he continued his arm-tackling ways. He did put a heckuva hit on TO when he was playing at FS, though.

That's nothing. I live in the Bay with all my neighbors being Niner fans. Annoying. Especially now that they are showing some progress, the trash talk while we cut our respective yards can drown out the sound of of the lawnmowers.

I sort of think this was one of those rare deals were a player that sucked on one team can come to another and make the probowl!! my prediction is rumph takes over week 5 and doesn't look back. somthing tells me that he will be our first cornerback in the probowl since aeneas williams. laugh now, but you will see!!

thats quiet a statement... i could see hill making the probowl if he progresses like everyone here at the clan believes he can... if rumph can provide good depth at corner and play the gunner on special teams i would be happy....

what happens now to butler??? he can be a good cover corner but in haslett's system i dont know... i like his style of play, its just a shame that he got hurt and his career has never been the same

If Rumph is going to play (and I don't presume he'll even make the team necessarily), I suspect it will be at FS.

well right now jb is our 3rd corner behind starers tye hill and fahkir brown. however I expect either mike rumph or Jerametrius butler to push for the second spot behind tye hill. But fahkir might have somthing to say about that because he is our best cover corner right now.

Ronald Bartell is our third corner and will continue to be for the forseeable future.
