Days like today make it tough to be a Rams fan...

On Wednesday, I heard that Sam wanted to play today. Up until yesterday, he was questionable.

On Monday, we picked up Lloyd - the best WR to wear horns since Bruce and Holt.

All I wanted to see was Sam stretching out the field with DX and Lloyd. Not too much to ask I think, but I guess Sam's ankle injury is a little bit worse than he thought.

I can understand sitting Bradford to make sure he doesn't get hurt worse. That makes sense. After all, if the staff doctor thinks he will only aggrivate the injury, then why risk it? But, seriously, why did we hang onto Feely? I'd much rather have seen Jamie Martin out there. Lloyd proved why he is one of the best recievers out there - the balls that did come his way he was able to grab. However, we need someone who can throw the ball within 10 yards of him.

Worst of all - there were WAY too many injuries today - and way too serious of injuries. Let's hope they turn out to be a lot less severe than they looked.

Hi Sam,

Yes, tough. But, I was so glad to see a real receiver out there.

I am more upset about the 12 men on field that all allowed the Cowpukes to keep drive going eventually settling for 3 and getting into groove thus wearing down our weak arse D. And, we raun the ball three times from 40? And then we pass 3 times from 1st and goal from 2?

Yea that game was tough to watch because i really think a healthy Sam that game would of went different.But again im left playing the "if" game,just another day in the life of a Ram fan....lol....On to the Saints go RAMS!!!!

Exactly....with the 2nd string QB?! Should have been the opposite...or how about a mix of run and pass from every position on the field? That's a novel idea if I do say so myself!
