    Dear Rams Fans

While we suffered a tough defeat Monday night, the passion and energy from our fans created an exciting night of football. This Sunday we look forward to having you out as we host Coach Fisher’s former team, the Tennessee Titans. Kickoff is at noon.
The Rams will recognize their 23-16 Super Bowl XXXIV victory over the Titans by sporting 1999-era throwback uniforms.
This game will also feature our Salute to Service Military Appreciation Game. In preparation for the game, military members and veterans were invited to a private practice Friday at Rams Park. For the game, the Rams have teamed up with team sponsor Boeing to provide 1,500 tickets to the USO of Missouri.
Fans will be able to join the Rams and team partner Edward Jones in thanking our military by stopping to personalize a holiday card at one of seven American Red Cross Holiday Mail for Heroes card signing tables stationed in the Edward Jones Dome on Sunday. Holiday Mail for Heroes is an initiative to send personalized greeting cards to servicemen and women stationed overseas during the holiday season. Honorary chair and Rams defensive end Chris Long is featured on the holiday card. Card signing tables will be stationed outside of section 110, 138, 326, 353, 414, 440 and in the Bud Light Party Zone.
Be sure to stick around after the game for a post-game concert with Grammy-nominated country superstar Billy Currington. The concert, presented by 93.7 The Bull, is free with a game ticket.

We look forward to seeing you this Sunday!
    Go Rams!
    Sincerely,

What in the world does "Retention" refer to?

They did have pretty modern helmets in 1999. Facemasks and everything.

but the league said no alternate helmets. So it will still look stupid without the old yellow

If that's the case, you're right, but the league said decals could be changed, so I'm assuming the horns will be swapped out with the throwback yellow, and the blue is pretty close, so it should look okay. It'll be interesting to see.

My guess would be retention of season ticket holders.

That would be my guess too, but it seems a bit strange to add "retention" to the "Customer Relations" title. It just sounds so authoritarian, like the Rams are going to hunt down season ticket holders and coerce them to keep their seats by sleep deprivation or something.

You never know...sometimes you have to resort to drastic measures.
