Decision Day on Bruce?

Is there an actual deadline for this decision (Roster Bonus?), or are we still in speculation..

I believe the roster bonuses kick in Friday, the day FA starts.

what would be the cap savings if both Little and Bruce were cut? I say buy to Little. Get Gholston if C Long is gone. I hate to see Bruce cut, but it is the right thing to do if he won't restructure. He and Youngblood are my alltime favorites, but it would be in the teams best intrest.

I agree. From what has been mentioned about Little, looks like he might be on his way out, which I can live with. No word on Bruce yet, which is good I guess. As much as I love Ike and think he's still an important, viable weapon, without much cap space to work with will the team will not have much of a choice in keeping him if he doesn't want to restructure. I pray something gets worked out. I'll be heartbroken if he retires somewhere else.

Little's bonus is due Thursday apparently. I would imagine Bruce's is the same. If the reported salary cap figure already calculated in Little's cap cost, then not paying him the bonus will free up a substantial amount. Perhaps enough to pay Bruce his bonus but restructure/extend his deal in another manner. Maybe add a year and spread out the salary? We'll find out soon.
