Fisher is unmistakably the best option at the moment for this team. However, if worst comes to worst and Fisher isn't our guy, I still see Bill Cowher as a great choice as well.

Citing two sources, the Miami Herald reports that the Dolphins "will not be outbid financially" for the services of head-coaching target Jeff Fisher.
The Herald cites both a source close to owner Stephen Ross, and an NFL source. Ross is reportedly "willing to best any offer" potentially coming from the Rams, Bucs, Colts, or any other organization. Said one source, "If Jeff wants the money, if that is more important to him, then the Dolphins have a good chance." Fisher has already been connected to just about every head-coaching vacancy in the league, appearing to leverage all clubs against each other. It's conceivable that he's done so in order to collect the biggest pay day possible.

If Fisher isn't, nor Bill, let Dick comeback MM OC and the great Marshal RB coach on a 3-5 year project as HC in training and Isaac as WR coach

At least most of the years Fisher was a coach his team always had a good offensive line.....

So, I have hope a vet coach can build a strong line and put an offensive line coach that can get results

Also, Fisher had an OL coach on his staff, that just so happened to proceed him as HC. I hope he can find us a similar talent to coach the OL.
