Details, aside...
...you can't overlook the fact that the Rams went from 2-14 to a false start penalty from a .500 record. And they did it with the league's youngest roster.
Good times are ahead of us.
Welcome to the St. Louis Rams!

Re: Details, aside...
The way I look at it the Rams will have the youngest squad for at least the next 2 years. Fisher couldn't fill as many "holes" on the team as he would have when he took the job. Tomarrow is what the NFL calls black Monday with firings of coachs/GMs and etc. For the Rams there are likely lots of players in the Blue & Gold we will not see next year
Good news Rams will not be picking in the top 10 come the draft--bad news the Rams will not be picking in the top 10. Best news Rams have a defense that only needs some depth and a few tweeks--worst news the Rams are one-to-two seasons away from being one of the elite teams, assuming Fisher and company can pull it off. Still the Rams can nolonger be considered the doormat to the other 32 teams; they don't scare too many teams yet but come the 2013 season it will be a unlucky 13 for many teams

Re: Details, aside...
We just played the hottest team in the league in a meaningful game. A team thats been putting up 50 points on everyone. And we took them down to the wire. Coming off a 2 win season. Guys, our team should hold their heads up high. They exceeded every expectation and are primed to be a contender for years to come. I am proud of our team. GO RAMS 2013!!!

Re: Details, aside...
No doubt. I love the improvement we've shown, and as I stated on another thread, there is reason for real hope next year. The off-season will be spent with much anticipation and excitement for 2013.

Especially when you KNEW, I repeat KNEW, they would lose, because we have arguably the worst ****ing safety in the league.

Re: Details, aside...
We were a few plays and a head scratcher versus the Jets from 10 wins this year. That is unbelievable improvement. I am looking forward to the off season and the debates that will follow. We are in a good position draft wise- very much looking forward to a few months from now. I liked what I saw from Bradford and the offensive line today- we are starting the off season in good shape to grow.

Re: Details, aside...
The Rams showed more signs of improvement in 2012 than I expected them to, which has me very optimistic for the future.

PRE-EMPTIVE NOTE TO CRITICS: THIS IS NOT ACCEPTING LOSING. LET US BE HAPPY THAT THEY WERE BETTER THAN WE EXPECTED.
