Rams GM made some interesting comments on radio. He said holmgren did call rams but did not offere anything. He just asked Devaney if he was keeping #1 pick and Devaney responded yes and Holmgren responded that it is right choice. That shows hoew much browns wanted Bradford.

He also said that when bradford found out that Rams had drafted Safford(OT) he asked for Safford's cell number so he can call him and other draft picks and tell them it's time to start getting to work. We got a very smart, hard-working QB.

Good, pro active behavior from Bradford. He should be getting Saffold motivated if he wants to stay on his feet this year!

Unless Safford is going to play guard, i dont see him starting this year. I cant see any reason to cut alex barron (other than to save some money, and i dont view that as a valid reason at this point)

Are we really that high on Alex Barron? I think not. We wouldn't be picking saffold if we were. Saffold could beat our Barron and even if he doesn't he is probably starting at RG. He is the 33rd pick he is starting. Barron doesn't have to be cut, but he can be sent to the bench as the 3rd tackle.
