I see we won on a last second field goal. Very nice. I also see we gave up 200 yards rushing without johnson of course in the game and appeared to not be able to run the ball at all. So be it, its preseason. Bottom line, any injuries?

Chris Longs foot, though didn't seem serious at all. Randall Hunt also went down. Other than that, another game that we basically have gotten away from the injury bug.

Saffold may have a little issue if anything at all.

Fendi broke a finger apparently. Makes his last drive more impressive and explains his drop.
Don't know what the deal with Saffold is, but no one is talking about it so its probably nothing.

Saffold tweaked his back and was kept out for precautionary reasons.

Chris Long had to have his ankle iced but he was up walking around.

Bradford took a shot to the leg/shin and was pulled, looked worse than it was.

The early word from the post-game conference is that they don't expect any of the injuries to be too serious.

Thank goodness.

Alongside Lauriniatis, Sam Bradford, Saffold and Long are quite clearly our franchise cornerstones, and I hate to see them on any injury report one after the other.

So far so good as far as injuries go. Just hope Jax's hip gets back to 100% before next week so he can get in some good time. Week 3 should really tell us how far the team has to go before getting the new offense down, be great to have everyone healthy and ready to go!

- LT Rodger Saffold left the game early with a back issue. It had bothered him some during the week but the Rams pulled him out more for precautionary measures than anything. It’s not believed to be serious.
- DE Chris Long had some toe problems that Spagnuolo called “turf toe” but it also didn’t seem to be anything too major.
- TE Fendi Onobun came out of the game with a dislocated finger but came back and finished it.
- G Randall Hunt had an ankle injury that might be the most serious of the bunch but it’ll be looked at again tomorrow before any determination is made. That’s the extent of the injury report for Saturday night, though. That’s a win in and of itself.
