Discipline and Motivation
Through the first three games of the season, with all of the mistakes and stupid penalties, this team IMO lacks discipline and motivation to win. I think what is needed here is a dose of General George S. Patton. I think it would be a great pre - game speech.
"Now, an army is a team - it lives, eats, sleeps, fights as a team. This individuality stuff is a bunch of crap!"
"I'm not going to have a man sitting here (crying), In front of these brave men who have been wounded in battle!; I won't have a man who's just afraid to fight; stinking up this place of honor!"
"Now there's another thing I want you to remember. I don't want to get any messages saying that "we are holding our position." We're not holding anything. Let the Hun do that. We are advancing constantly and we're not interested in holding onto anything except the enemy. We're going to hold onto him by the nose and we're going to kick him in the ass. We're going to kick the hell out of him all the time and we're going to go through him like crap through a goose!"
"We're gonna keep fighting. Is that CLEAR? We're gonna attack all night, we're gonna attack tomorrow morning. If we are not VICTORIOUS, let no man come back alive!"
If that dose not get them inspired to play then this team is in big trouble.

The just need to watch "Remember the Titans"

If they keep losing .. They need to watch "The Replacements" and hope they take a hint.

You gotta love Patton, all he did was motivate men to win and take no prisoners while doing it. I'd really like to hear about fire and brimstone on the practice field and in the locker room.
