Do you think the Rams have quit on the coach???
Ok maybe not the D, it seems like we have two teams playing on One, the Haslett run department which has shown HUGE improvement maybe thats due they haven't had the injuries, second year in the system ETC, but do you think that the players have deserted the course, I wonder how i would feel busting my butt on the D side only to see the O suck it up.......time and again...
I know Linehan has been critised and I'm one of them but don't the players need to stop talking, BE accountable STOP saying we are going to do, this that Etc, and show US fans... OK what can you do Boys!!!
I just hope the Rams O haven't quit on the coach whatever they think!!

Re: Do you think the Rams have quit on the coach???
Linehan is saying that he feels the players on offense have lost their confidence. That could be the same thing as quitting on the coach. Not believing in Linehan's play calls and scheme?

Re: Do you think the Rams have quit on the coach???
I agree here. It's hard to buy that the players still have faith in the coach when he is 0-7 with the worst start in rams history. I understand he has to deal with injuries but you do not get a free pass to go 0-16. In defense of coach Linehan I woulder have management quit on him in the players with some poor personal decisions. Who said that players play coaches coach and management lead well we are doing any of that.

Re: Do you think the Rams have quit on the coach???
I just read where a couple of guys have said they are still behind him, what do you think they are going to say, coach sucks, get him out of here,I don't know if they have or not but if they don't pull together and get a win on Sunday against a very beatable team,I guess that will answer the question for everyone.

I don't think they have. Too many injuries on offense and he is an offensive guy.

Re: Do you think the Rams have quit on the coach???
I would like to think they still like/have confidence in their coach.
Maybe they are in a state of despair over the injuries and have lost the little bit of spark which drives them to try that little bit harder that makes the difference. The lack of comfort zone which allows them to trust the guy next to them and instinctively knowing how that guy will most likely respond to a certain situation as plays unfold. Not being familiar with your line-mate's tendencies and strong points because he wasn't playing next to you last week has to be a tough spot.RnD

Re: Do you think the Rams have quit on the coach???
If they have, I have no respect for those that have.
How about playing for your fellow teammates? How about playing for pride?
The thought that a player doesn't give it his all because he's quit on the coach really irks me.
Times like this really tell you all you need to know about the character of your players. What's that saying? "When the going gets tough, the tough get going?" Seems to me that some of the Rams quote is something more like this: "When the going get's tough, the tough quit and blame it on the coach, 'cuz it can't be our fault".
Let's see what these prima-donnas do this Sunday. If they have any pride and chracter, they'll put it together and beat the Browns at home. If they continue to lie down and make excuses, they're a bunch of pansies.Faithful Rams fan since 1968

Maybe Linehan doesn't have any confidence in himself anymore. Have any of you considered that?
