It's possible but nothing much changed when he was with us.

    Thank you

We're winning nothing now, so just the team improvement you mentioned in this rather pessimistic outlook is still a rosy future for this particular franchise.
Fisher's had 5 losing seasons in his career. We've had 5 losing seasons in.......well, the last 5 seasons. The Titans were 23-9 in '07 & '08.....not exactly ancient history.
But he's only had 6 winning seasons.

The 13-3 team was a superbowl winning team, same as the 2000 13-3 team. I refused to remember the 2000 game but the 2008 team destroyed Baltimore and yet we still lost. That is how Fisher is, he plays games to not lose. Very rarely we had a blow out win.

The Rams need a Head Coach right now. And right now, Fisher is the best head coach candidate available.
    Of course.

Brother, we got to go back to the Reagan administration to accumulate our last 6 winning seasons.

    2003, 2001, 2000, 1999, 1989, 1988.

I think you don't fully grasp the depths of our futility.

Our suckosity has languished through 5 White House administrations.

Also, one more point on the "run heavy" philosophy of Fisher. I don't disagree; I believe even he would say he likes to run the ball. However, I think the last 5 seasons in Nashville was not a true picture of his willingness to pass. When Steve McNair was behind center, the Titans were actually a top 10 passing team for most seasons. It was not until the combo of Kerry Collins and Vince Young got back there, that Fisher went with a heavier run load. And to be honest, if I had Vince Young pulling the trigger, I wouldn't air it out too much either.

He was run heavy with McNair until the 2002 or 2003 season.

Vince Young was actually have a good year before the meltdown, regardless he hated Young (unless he saved his job).

    Back to the poll,

    i voted 'other'

+ i couldn't say i wanted him as coach if i had a plethora of other options.
+ and i couldnt say i didnt want him flat out because he maybe the best available (im not sure he is)

But if we get him, i wont be unhappy.

hows that for sitting on the fence?

Ah, so then he IS willing to adapt.

It's because VY or KFC were incapable of using Fisher's potent passing attack. I expect to see some glimpses of dinosaur football if Fisher were to coach with us but even he should be well aware of how to win in today's league, which usually is a good passing offense.

He doesn't have a potent passing attack. His idea of starting WRs were Justin Gage and Justin McCariens & Brandon Jones all out of the league the year we got rid of them (except Jones)

So Kenny Britt and Nate Washington were never on Fisher's plans?

I think Fisher is a smart enough coach that he can adjust to the new NFL. Yeah he might be a fan of runing more, but I think if he becomes our headcoach he will start to build more around Bradford and passing game

Because McNair lasted like 3 seasons. The reports are that Young was foisted on him; so I doubt he put too much faith in Young's arm to move the ball.
